BLOW INTO THE CARTRIDGE!
Other than that, no but you can go get one of those action replay/gameshark things and download a gamesave relative to where you were in the game.

Yeah I have like the original Gameshark for the PS2... will that one work? Cause the actual codes for newer things don't but I guess that is kind of different...
