I have sega Dreamcast and somewhere we have a sega Genesis. Yay for old game consoles!

Unscrewing it....installing a bigger hard drive with the right programs on it... and buying an xbox modchip(optional) http://www.modchip.com/ (some soldering required)

That's true. I know just enough to be dangerous. I'd mess something up and then never get it to work again.
