I don't have a clue, but I have a logitech controller that has force feedback and you can turn it off, so I would imagine you can.

Yeah, I hate getting jiggled. My orthodontist has a video game thing that the controler jiggles. >P I hate it.

I have the Logitech Formula Force GP, it was cheaper than the Logitech Momo and it plays just as good and yes you can turn off vibration.
