I think that fatlooy was saying that she thought that it would be okay to use all caps because she was thanking Lucy and was so happy with the sig that she wanted to show how enthusiastic she was.

To some people, caps seem like yelling, so sometimes using a smiley or maybe even using a different font colour can be a good way of expressing how happy you are.

That is a great sig - I really like it! $\:D/$

I find all CAPS as very annoying and yes a smiley would've been better!

Thanks Lucy, thats good, but would you maybe be able to put like a figure or something like that, in a trench coat and hat? Kind of like the AIO episode Heat Wave. Thanks for the work. It looks good.
