Rusty's Poem Shack
Heh. Buy a poem. Yeah.
And here I thought the poem was "I like pants."Ray wrote:Original post by: poWerbOy

I love pants.
Sometimes i feel bad for ants because they can't wear pants.

It's actually more like:
I love pants.
Sometimes I feel bad for ants
Because they can't wear pants.
Just a little thing about the lines.

Indeed, you've got the right title, Chandler.
I Like Pants
I put on pants every day
To go to school or to play
I like pants
Sometimes I wear pants of blue
Or brown to go with my shoe
I like pants
Sometimes I feel sorry for ants (or is it aunts?)
Because they can't wear pants
I like pants
Pants cover my legs so I can go
Without them I would be cold I know
I like pants
I like them so
I Like Pants
I put on pants every day
To go to school or to play
I like pants
Sometimes I wear pants of blue
Or brown to go with my shoe
I like pants
Sometimes I feel sorry for ants (or is it aunts?)
Because they can't wear pants
I like pants
Pants cover my legs so I can go
Without them I would be cold I know
I like pants
I like them so

Hey, get yer own thread.
Here's an example of my work, two lovely originals.
Before the Rain...drops
The trees gently swaying,
gently swaying in the breeze.
the leaves rustle over me,
sitting in it's cool shade.
birds flutter around,
and butterflies abound.
the sweet smell of daffodils floats in the air,
rabbits go by in a quick hippity hop.
so it is just me and the tree,
swaying in the breeze,
the blue sky above, with clouds lazily float bye.
I hum a tune, and don't quite know why.
Then I feel a presence of something greater than I,
then run to the house quickly so that I'll stay dry.
here is a small piece if my Epic poem from school,
From; The Nobel Female Ruler
Melka swore as she pounded at the door,
then she stopped, and listened,
to something she never heard before.
When Neve had landed in the hay,
she sat up and began to pray.
Hail Mary full of Grace,
Come save us from this awful place,
LORD Jesus open this door,
and take us back to where we were before...
