Stupid question: Are the backgrounds and wallpaper for the ToO? If so...how do you use them?

edit: oh, they're for your computer desktop?

Cool!

That's what I want to hear.

If you would like, post a screenshot of your background. ^_^

Ooh... I especially love the tapestry and shadowfly ones. And the pastghost that Christina posted. The birdwallpaper would be perfect if it was something other than yellow. I am strangely anti-yellow. ;)

Not meaning to hint at all, Aram dear. My background is currently occupied anyway by a picture of a blue-tongued child. O:)

Thanks for the pretty blue color birds! I like the way you used white and black this time on it. I saved it. \:D/

You're welcome, Darcie.

I liked that scheme myself, and yellow isn't my favourite either.

I love that picture, it's too adorable!

Also, I've managed to finally get GIMP running, and here's a couple of more.
They're really simple, but fun. :p

...I believe I have some of the brushes you are using...

Are you using the newest version of GIMP? The beta one? I upgraded a few weeks ago.

No, I'm not.

I need to upgrade, but haven't had the time to do so.

I just go through deviant art and pick the brushes I like.

Just open the link in your browser, right click, save photo as, and then in your background preferences, click browse.
You should be able to pull it up that way.

Or, if you have Firefox, just right-click the image and click "Set as Desktop Background...". (it may be on IE too, I forget)

Yes, you can do both, but if you wish to keep the image for reuse, saving it works well. ^_^
