Hi, Katie2291996, to add signatures to your posts you need to go to the shop (The image bar at the top, directly to the right of the central "Odyssey" image.) once there choose the bottom link, "Odyssey Specialty Shop." In there you will have the option to buy both Avatar and Signature privileges.
Once you have the privilege you can make your signature in your profile. (Found by going to the image bar up top and clicking "Profile" (It's on the left side.))
I suggest you go to the FAQ page and to the steps of city hall.
