Since I have a large amount of money and n00bs seem to want degrees very badly, and since the original loan section in the vault was removed a few years ago, I've decided to open a loan agency. It doesn't *have* to be for a degree, like if you want to buy a doll or buy off a police officer.

So, here's the terms:

3% interest per week, full payback in two months. After two months interest goes up to 5%.
Max amount borrowable is $100,000

If my account is maxed out, no more loans will be accepted until current loans are repayed.

Got it? Now get borrowing!

Alright, the money is on its way. Remember, 3% interest per week, and full payback is preferred by two months from now.

Announcement: I have decided to lower the interest rate from 5% to 3%, to be a little more fair.

After the first issue comes out I will determine how much I will borrow if any, my funds are a little dry after the story arc and releasing my first issue.
