if someone needs us for advertisement, will they contact us, or will you trent?

Anyone who'd like to express their interest in advertising will post here. I will promptly tell that person what the total cost will add up to, and will then PM the employee(s) whose services will be needed.

You'll have to be a lot more specific than that, EK.

The cost is primarily based upon how many days (up to 5) you wish to advertise. If you advertised through my signature slot, it'd cost anywhere from $11-$50. However, since I have already stated the fact my personal services are curerrently unavailable, your advertisement would appear in the signature slot of one of my employees. If you wish to engage the services of one my employees, it'll cost $7/day.

EMPLOYMENT

Since I personally have limited advertising space, I have hired four employees. You must, of course, have an advertising license, otherwise known as a signature privilege, which you can obtain here. Pay rate will be as follows:

-$5/day for every advertisement/banner you host
-$15 for every banner you create for a customer.

Thus, if you hosted a customer's banner for three days, you would receive $15.

[$5 x 3 days = $15]

I plan on implementing employee incentives and other perks in the near future. Stay tuned!

If you currently have a banner in your siggy slot, please know you must be willing to change your banner in case I need you to host an advertisement. If you need a "holiday", just let me know!
