Interview with Peachey Keen (Austin & Tasha Peachey)

Whit's wiping down the counter, Connie's mopping the floor, and the kids are sipping on their milkshakes. If you want to talk about Adventures in Odyssey the radio drama, this is the spot to do just that!

Interview with Peachey Keen (Austin & Tasha Peachey)

Post by Leonard Meltsner »

So for those of you who haven't been keeping up with the Oddcast, shame on you!

I'm just kidding. For those who don't know, our first interview will be in only a few short days, with the creators of the Adventures in Odyssey Blog AND the Adventures in Odyssey BlogCAST: Austin and Tasha Peachey.

I've advertised the interview and asked for questions in a number of places already, including the Podcast Room's Oddcast thread, but the results haven't been all that fruitful, so I'm turning to the mainstream Whit's End subforum for questions!

Please submit questions on here, to one of the Oddcast videos, or to the Oddcast e-mail ([email protected]) or by PM on the ToO. Ask about anything, just so long as you send them before Thursday night this week: the 29th of August. Thanks everybody! Send 'em on in!

Eugene-"Well, the sequence of events occured with extreme rapidity, but I shall attempt to recall them. I was powering my two-wheeler along this concrete pathway, when your personnage suddenly appeared directly in front of me blocking my course. My reflexes immediately sprang to life in an attempt to navigate an evasive manouveur around you while still maintaining course and speed, but I evidently over-compensated, and my Schwinn careened off the hardened path, taking me with it, and up-ended us both in this shrub, a Rhododendron of the heath family I believe, deducing from the leathery evergreen leaves, as distinguished from the deciduous Azalea, which as we all know is..."
Isaac-"You mean, you crashed into this bush cause I got in your way."

If Austin was trapped in a room with Emily Jones for 36 hours, 17 minutes, and 52 seconds with no way out, what would he do to pass the time?

Has Tasha ever heard of the Kingdom Heirs? (Southern Gospel question. \:D/ )

At this point, Austin, feel free to send in questions about yourself or your sister.

Since I'm unfamiliar with the blog and blogcast mentioned, these questions might already be answered, but here are a few to get you started:
1. How did you first hear Odyssey?
2. When has something you learned on Odyssey helped you in real life?
3. What's the funniest thing a non-fan has said to you about being a fan? (besides the standard one we hear all the time: "I used to watch that show when I was a kid.")
4. If you could write your own episode, who would be in it, what would happen, and who would direct it?
5. What made you decide to start a blog?
6. What's the coolest thing about Odyssey fans?
7. Who should Connie marry, if anyone at all?
8. If you met a family who had never heard of Odyssey, how would you convince them to try listening?
9. Can you attempt an entire conversation using only AIO quotes?

If I think of any more, I'll add to this list.
"Your days, at the most, cannot be long. It would be best to use them for the glory of God and the benefit of your generation."

What careers do you want when you get older?

Will we ever see the blogcast return?
