I was thinking about Hal Smith (and about this thread) today because I was at a meeting where everyone was wearing name tags and there was a man named Hal sitting at my table. I don't know him at all, and he didn't look or sound like Hal Smith, but just seeing that name (which isn't really common) made me think about Hal Smith all day!

I always liked Hal Smith's cameo in the NES classic, Bionic Commando.

Clearly a way to honour Whit's military service. Nicely done!
