I had to Google MAGA. #CanadianProblems

We discussed this in the chat last night. I personally am not surprised at all by the actual content. I am more surprised that FOTF actually came out and said it. It actually brings me a little bit of hope for the conservative right in America. Normally FOTF goes along with the typical religious conservative opinions, to come out and say that one of their most beloved characters would be against that is a huge step.

It also fits in perfectly with Whit's character. We discussed how there are simply a lot of topics Whit would disagree with Trump on. But also some that he would agree with. It is a complex issues that needs more attention. I am happy that FOTF made this clear.

Yeah, just because one "supports" Trump doesn't mean they support everything he lives and breathes.

Whit definitely strikes me as someone who, while you never get a 100% perfect candidate, isn't going to vote for a "lesser of evils," either. I think he'd have major policy disagreements on some issues, but really be for others, but at the same time I think the character of the person would be extraordinarily important to Whit.

Great! It fits into the themes of the earlier episodes of AIO. If they made him MAGA it would be a betrayal to his character.

I don't know, remember that one time a person with foreign ancestry disagreed with Whit and was admittedly rude with him he told them to go back to their country? Classic episode.
