George of the Jungle

Post by StrongNChrist »

Anybody seen it? I'm dying to watch it but the dvd rental place we have near our home doesn't carry it. :'( Only the second movie.
If you have seen it - is it any good?

I really like it! The second one was pretty lame, but the first one has a very sweet story, told with a quirky sense of humour. I don't remember any big content issues - probably a few little things, but nothing major. I really like this movie, and now you've made me want to watch it! Thanks a lot. ;) Anyway, I hope you get to see it and that you enjoy it! :D

Watch out for that tree! \:D/

The song, George of the Jungle, made me want to watch the movie. I was real smart when I downloaded it :( The real sad part is youtube doesn't even have the trailer in English. You wouldn't happen to know where the trailer is, would you?

Whoa, that's weird. I guess it's because it's an older movie maybe. My internet is slow, so I didn't actually watch the Quicktime link found here but hopefully it's the full trailer! :D

It was great. The narrator was the best \:D/ especially at the beginning - "He's swift, he's sure, he's smart, he's...unconcious."

Yeah, that's part of what I was referring to when I mentioned the quirky humour. I love the narrator's interactions with the characters, like when the bad guy starts arguing with him. I'm glad that you enjoyed the movie!

I have only heard of it. I have never seen it.
