Diary of a Wimpy Kid

I just saw the trailer for it yesterday. Thoughts?

I have never heard of it. Is there a preview of it on YouTube?

The trailer's on YouTube, but a lot of people aren't looking forward to the movie because of the trailer. You'd think that the trailer would show parts that get fans interested, but a lot of fans aren't interested because of the things in the trailer.

I've read through the book (at Barnes and Nobles for about a half hour with the world looking at me) and I find it very hilarious. I've never found out about the video; I wonder what it's like.

Well, here it is.

Um... :anxious: I think I'll be skipping this one.

I saw the trailer several weeks ago. It looks very... meh. Maybe see it with my family on DVD.

Yeah, um, it looks very crude and, as AE said, meh. Personally, I don't read the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, but from what I know, Zach Mills would be a much better Greg.

I've never been to into the books--I tend to read 'em just for funsies. I'll probably just rent it when it comes out on DVD; I'm not paying seven-bucks-fifty just to go see it in theaters; there are much better movies out there.

Its not something I would rush out to see but the trailer amused me. Obviously I'm not the target audiance but if it was on tv in a few years I might watch it. ;)

Woah, this movie is getting raved reviews by the average moviegoer (A cinemascore). :-s Even good reviews by critics. Maybe it's better than the trailer suggests. ;)

Wow. One of the first PG movies I've ever heard of that's turning out to be better than the trailer.
