Yeah, I find it a bit distracting too.

I loved this performance!

That arm thing was incredible, and when they went around their hats was great.

Yeah, that was probably the best one of the night.

This is quite possibly the greatest guest performance AGT has ever had. The atmosphere was incredible.

I watched that awhile ago; it was a good one, probably one of my favorite guest appearances because I know who the singers are :)

Same here. But I'm not a huge fan of that particular song.

Me either....and this sounds a little mean, but I don't like that Owl City is seen as more of a pop singer than anything else :( and that mentality is only emphasized when he sang with Carly Rae Jepsen.

I will agree with you there.

Eric Dittelman creeped me out.

I was very skeptical of that performance, I thought he probably just had a spotter in the audience and a hidden microphone.

But his Vegas one was astonishing.

She made it up and he got it?! How does he do this stuff?

The others were good too.

It was a nice touch to involve the audience as an aside like that, even though it didn’t work for me. I had a circle in a triangle.
The beards were different colors, but that was Howard’s fault not Eric’s. He had said to use the last color for that, and Howard just used the same one. So the trick was actually all correct.

And on the subject of mind reading, this guy wasn’t bad either.

When he got both names for Howard I was dumbfounded.

And now that may have been surpassed by this:

The light painting act was very interesting, I have no idea how it’s done.

I don't really care about this season of America's Got Talent, because...the talent part just seems to be lacking.

They should make a spin off show called "America's Got Nothing" \:D/

They absolutely deserved it, I was blown away by every performance!

Eh.. They are really good, the best animal act I've seen. But they didn't really progress all that much with each performance. And, in my opinion, I don't see them as a "headlining show," more like for circuses and stuff (and there is nothing wrong with that).

To be honest, I had the same feeling toward the end (about them being a whole show) but I still knew they would win.

I got behind in the comments I wanted to make on various acts, so excuse me for brining up ‘old news’ as I try to go through them now.

I gotta agree with snubs on this one; I wanted either Tom or William Close to win. And on a slightly lesser note, wanted the David and CMYK's to win (shout out to fellow artist)

Anyone else think it was interesting that a dog act won Britain's Got Talent and now another (albeit better) dog act won America's Got Talent \:D/

Light Wire Theater was compared to Team iLuminate from last season, but I don’t think that’s quite fair. iLuminate was almost completely limited to lights on their person, Light Wire had actual contraptions built onto them, and also various props. Because of that difference, I both liked them better and not as much as iLuminate at various times.

I found them to be a bit creepy and I didn't find their performances to really go anywhere. I found what they did interesting, but not something I would really care to see.

The speed painting group was really great. Not only were their performances always incredible, from impressively creating great images in so little time to always changing up the look and technique of the routine, but beyond that there was an even deeper layer to everything each time with the connection between the art and the music it was made to.

A musical selection by Beethoven, a painting of Beethoven.

A song by Elvis, a painting of Elvis.

This one was elaborate. The song was by the Rolling Stones and the painting was Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones. In addition, the song is called Paint it Black, and that’s exactly what they did to make the final image appear. They changed it up by doing the original painting backwards and then flipping it around.

This one was really different, it was done in four parts that were finally put together to reveal the image. A tribute to the host state, it was the Statue of Liberty with the face of New York native Lenny Kravitz.

This was the only one that didn’t have an immediately apparent deeper message, but it was explained afterward. Einstein as the symbol of creativity.
