The First Not Entirely Annual Smiley Contest
Here's how it works. You can make (Or just submit one of your favorites.) and submit 2 smilies. All the entries will be put in a poll. The top two will be inducted into the ToO's smilies.
The Rules:
1 Submit up to two smilies to me via pm. 2 You can make them, or find them online. BUT: If you get them online make sure you follow copyright laws. 3 Entries will close on July, 9th. After that the poll will go up.

To make a smiley you use an image editing program to make a circle with some sort of face on it. Typical dimensions are a 15 pixel circle.

I know but they should be kicked out a month early, and then made to leave the ToO for the rest of the term. Don't you see what their doing? They made campaign promises to get elected, then they just cut everything out because of their own laziness, it is an OUTRAGE!
