BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA

Post by Aravis »

The movie is in development, but I do know that AnnaSophia Robb is

playing Leslie Burke. Does anyone like the book? I don't like it because of

what happens to Leslie, but overall, I think it is a good book.

I just read that Josh Hutcherson is playing Jess, adn that Bailee Madison is playing Maybelle. The movie is set to come out in 2007.

I loved the book, until the end. Then I cried the whole rest of the book. The general idea ws awesome, but I like my stories to end happier. :(

If you're going to use that many exclamations marks, you should at least hit the "Enter" botton in the middle, it'll make the page not so long. ;)

And I don't believe I have ever heard of the story, what happens?

I remember reading that book in the 3rd grade. I liked it (except for what happend to Leslie). I'll probably see the movie, however I'm usually disappointed by movies based on books.......we'll see.

Peace Out

Oh...I hope not :noway:. It would be a shame. And then what if it's turned into a musical? One word: Weirdness.

Augh, CoT. I can't stand it...no one is answering your questions... :D

If you've not yet gone to the library, or been informed of the basic summary, plot, and additional characters of this great book...let me know. I've been needing to practice my newly acquired teacher skills on someone...

This farm boy meets this city/hippy girl and she teaches him basically how to use his imagination. They become pretty good friends and have this fictional kingdom in the woods, etc . . .

Then there is a surprise that results in crying.
For me anyway. I like the book but I get a headache whenever I have that type of emotional crying so I didn't like that part. It's so heartbreaking.
