Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone! Is anybody doing anything to celebrate this grand and glorious holiday?
I'm wearing green (of course), and I'll probably try to come up with some sort of green dessert for later. Sometime I should plan an Irish meal, with soda bread and corned beef and all that kind of stuff. Maybe next year.

The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance. ♡

I'd completely forgotten about this. we're on the road today, so I doubt we'll be doing anything special.

Just wearing green, only because my brother said he'll pinch me if I don't. We're not Irish so... It's never been that big of a deal. =P

I'm staying home. I'm not a fan of parades or crowds. My family isn't Irish either so today's just another ordinary Saturday for me.

I'm kind of sad about this this year. Every other St. Patrick's Day, my mom has fixed a totally green meal. We've had rolls and potatoes dyed green, meat with parsley, broccoli, lima beans, salad etc. But this year since I'm at Grandma's house and my parents are travelling home, we won't get to. I did wear a green shirt though, but I wouldn't have if my sister hadn't told me what today was. We might go out for Shamrock Shakes later though.

Here's some scenes from around our house today:

Laura, that's pretty awesome I'm very depressing today, I just drew a green sharpie smiley face on my hand.
The day of the best color. Hrm, I've had green pancakes, but I'm not really a big fan of green food.

We also make a tradition of watching Hoss and the Leprechauns and The Quiet Man.

I'm not wearing green, and I nearly forgot it was St. Patrick's Day. It's my uncles birthday though, so maybe I'll make him a card or something. Otherwise, I probably won't do anything else...
Till the end of the line.

My mommy makes green eggs and ham
With green milk.
And green biscuts.
...and green butter
I will take a picture tonight

I also forgot to wear green.
The little kids had St. Patrick's day doughnuts and are wearing the decorative rings they got off of them. I might dye something in our dinner green today, depending on what it is.

I just came from a free Celtic concert by the community orchestra. It was great, I’d never heard bagpipes in person before.
Thats so great. Did they wear kilts?

....Are you two twins? O.o
*ahem* I just realized now that I broke my very many year run of not wearing green on St. Patty's Day. Sad. Though I did eat cool mint Oreos, which have green icing.

Love you always, SnC

I did absolutely nothing. Simply because I didn't feel the need to do anything.
