No. The goal is to start new contests in Odyssey 105. Besides that, you are free to use your creativity to do whatever!
Does it have to be a contest or can I make a free money give-away thing where people can actually keep their money! :x

Like a thing where the first 6 people post choose a number between 1 and 6 and then I roll a die and whoever chose the number it landed on gets money. Of course I'd do it over and over again till the money I won is gone.

Sammy, it is now your game to play. You will be the first to play with the new rules. I will be modifying the box selections so that there is only one XXX box. There will also be two Mystery Round boxes that will force you to play the mystery round in which you play three boxes. This will be edited into the first post.

Sammy, your 72 hours start...now.

Arkàn, feel free to sign up once again to be placed back in the line.
I choose box No. 14 ;)

Unless that is already taken because I couldn't ever read/remember which ones were and which ones weren't, and then I ended up confused. *Cough*

Aftershocker, that would be fine.

Sammy, your small text brings up a good point. The boxes do not stay the same from game to game. They are reshuffled after each person goes.

Now, box 14 contains...$50! Per a recent rule change, you can choose. Leave now with $50, or keep playing. If you want to keep playing, pick another box.

I'd like to keep playing, and go with box number seven.

Box 7 contains...

$25.

That brings your total to $75.

You must now choose whether to go on or to leave with $75. Let me give you some statistics to aid your decision.

You have a 7% chance of hitting the XXX in the next round.

You have a 14% chance of triggering a mystery round.

You have a 71% chance of bringing your total to something greater than $100.

There is still a 0% chance of you leaving this game with anything less than $10.

You live to see another box! Box 10 contained $25.

You are now up to $100. This is some serious money. A few statistics should make your decision easy.

There is a 7.5% chance you will pick the XXX box.

There is a 15% chance you will trigger the mystery round.

There is a 30% chance that you will end up with over $150 by picking another box.

As the first real "winner", I am going to say that you can sign up again once you have made a contest and started it. You sign up again by talking about your new contest.

So, Sammy leaves with $100.

Shakespeare, it is your time! The boxes have been reshuffled, and I need your first selection.

14 is the first of the two Mystery Round boxes! Let me explain how it works once more.

You are about to pick three boxes. I will open them all and reveal what is in them. There are three possibilities.

You could pick three money amounts. At that point, I will double the highest amount and give you the option to leave.

You could pick money and the other mystery round. At that point, I will still double the highest amount, but you will be forced to pick another three boxes before being given the option to quit.

You could pick the money and the XXX. At that point, of course, your game is over, and you will leave with just $10.

A note on statistics: There is a 20% chance that the XXX or the other mystery round box will be opened in these three boxes...

Best of luck to you!

5 contains...

$20.

11 contains...

$25.

Finally, 16 contains.......

$50! Congratulations! You survived the Mystery Round!

Not only that, but you came out ahead! You now have $145. You can stay or pick again. Remember that $250, $100, and $75 are still out there. And there is only one XXX in your game.
