Forty-seven. Technically, one could say "Il est cinq heures et quarante sept minutes," which literally means "It is five hours and forty-seven minutes." Though I'm not quite sure if I've translated minutes correctly.
My dad's bilingual . . . according to him, one would simply say something like "Il est six douze."
