I like the new one for late at night when I get up after my parents have gone to bed and I have to have the lights out. It's way easier on my eyes, because the screen emits less light, also helping to keep the chances of detection down. :anxious:

Although you could always adjust the brightness/contrast of your monitor... :-$

Otherwise, I'll be left with the option of adjusting monitor brightness (if it's possible on this particular monitor)
