I have Adobe Photoshop, but what is Adobe Fireworks? I don't think I've ever heard of it before.

Adobe Fireworks is a program especially designed for making images for websites and online viewing. I still have the CS5 version I bought for a web design college course, but it works great for designing pictures with pixel perfect control.
