I think maybe M$ makes IE all messed up like it is (standard-defiant) so that people will have to build websites for IE (currently the most commonly used browser) and therefore make them not not work well for the browsers that obey the standards. In that way they try to make other browsers (sane ones) less desirable. Ya think?

Recently upgraded to 1.0.7... none of the extensions/themes I have seem to be causing any problems. User Agent Switcher is very handy...
Now if only it would finish iframe support so I could use it on our school's third-party forum software...
Not using Deer Park? Tut tut.... :D

Firefox. Far better. Glitches yes... but with the pop-up blocker, ads blocker, security, and what-not - which are not included in IE ;) - I could really care less. :P

LOL! I looked at the AOL search. Have you noticed the little "powered by Image" on it before? :hilarious:

I now command everyone who has not tried FF to download it immediately, and use it for one week. If you do not, I will, uh... :anxious:
Do nothing...

Ok, I tried it, and I'm not seeing the advantages. It must just be a personal preference thing. For one thing, it's powered by google, so I get the same results. It is also more graphically intense, which takes more bandwith, and thus slows it down. I'll stick with google.

I use Explorer (started on Netscape, years ago). Although I might soon switch to Firefox, as Explorer is getting more and more finicky every day.

When I said that I use AOL's web browser, I meant that I use the software program that has my mail and internet all rolled into one. I just noticed that AOL has recently released a downloadable Web Browser to enter the race with Microsoft and Firefox.

http://downloads.channel.aol.com/browser

It uses the same engine as Netscape appearently.

Any takers? :D
