Mario Party 8

Should I get the game Mario Party 8 for Nintendo wii? What do you guys think? Is it a good game?

Well they'll probably be another one coming out soon, so you might wanna wait and compare the two. IMO, they make too many Mario Party games. 1 a year is way too much. It should either be one every 2 years or one per system. That way they can focus their energy on quality instead of quantity.

Mario Party 8 didn't receive many good reviews from IGN and Gamespot, but if you enjoy party games... I say go for it! We purchased it around Christmas and it's great for groups. Not the best 1-2 player game in the world, but if you're just looking for a fun and simple game-- buy it!

They make one every year. And they have one for the GameBoy Advance and the DS.

Unless you plan on playing it with friends a LOT, it's not worth it.

Not the best 1-2 player game in the world, but if you're just looking for a fun and simple game-- buy it!

Understatement of the year. Playing by yourself is just idiotic, considering the game is based ENTIRELY on luck. Unless you really enjoy watching bots achieve perfection, do NOT play it without four controllers.

Mario Party is Mario Party... it's the same game each year with a couple new additions, but nothing ever earth shattering.

Personally I'd just go for Super Smash Bros. Brawl coming out in about a month...

Great "party" game and pretty good as a single player, too.
