If you'v read Maximum Ride, post here! Amy and I were thinking of starting a Maximum Ride RPG, but more than two people would be advised lol.

I've read the books, I don't like them though. the main story line is ALOT like an awesome tv show that used to be on FOX called Dark Angel.

I haven't read them but I want to, I plan on it in the future though.

They are very good books. Basically, Kody, there's an implied pre-story time when evil scientists manage to set up an excluded laboratory and experiment biologically like some kind of frankenstein or something. Maximum and her "flock" are results of this experiment. They are the only experiments that are perfect in every way: Fully fuctional wings, hollow bones to support them, superior strength, superior senses, etc.
One problem though: Maximum Ride and her flock don't like being experimented on, and they're on the run. Solution? The evil scientists send their next most successful experiment (which wasnt very successful), wolf human hybrids, to track Maximum and her flock down. The American people, of course, destroy any rumor of kids that fly and werewolf monsters. Until the media gets pictures.

I could go on and on, but then I'd spoil the entire plot. ;) A must-read for any scifi or fantasy lover.

I love this series! I can't wait for the next book. I enjoy how the books keep you continually guessing about everything. :D

lol I'm not so much for the bf-gf stuff as I just luv his personality on that issue. \:D/
True :cry: but, as horrible as it would be for fans since no more MR, if he wants to end the story peacably, can you think of a better solution for failed experiments? They could live at Max's...house (no spoilers here :- ) but they'd have to fly, being who they are, and they'd get noticed and the media'd write it up and.. The only really good solution I can think of is them moving up where they saw those hawks and living there and that's where it ends..

Totally. \:D/ Um..I think it was because "They were poorly written and boring" if I remember her reasoning correctly.
