Swimming and other water sports

well?

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Swimming and other water sports

Post by Country Girl »

I love to swim... I love the water. I've never skied (though I hope to this coming week :) ) I have jet skiied though.. GREAT fun! I'm getting better at swimming :) Faster, better form blah blah blah (at least it seems like it to me) but anyways...
I also love to fish :)

What are some things ya'll like to do in the water?

YAY for swimming! I also love boating and tubing is fun as long as the driver and water are nice. I just learned/ am still learning to waterski and so far it's really fun.

I'm a lifeguard and swim instructor. I make kids swim ...and if they don't cooperate, they get to drown! \:D/

I don't swim much. Alas, the water doesn't appeal to me that much. But I have fished before and it is fairly enjoyable--when you actually catch a fish that is. ](*,)

LOL, how true. It's gets boring around midnight when the catfish refuse to bite...not to mention cold. :)

Quite right, it is rather annoying when a fish glances at my bait then lazily ignores it and swims away.

Ah, yes. Canoeing and kayaking are fun, too. In a two-person kayak you can go really fast! \:D/

I'm not a big fan of swimming, in fact, I don't even own a swimming suit.

I do like water balloon fights, and the like. They are fun. :D
