Guilty Pleasures

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Guilty Pleasures

Post by King Butter Turtle »

So, what Music/TV/Movies/Books/etc. are you embarrassed to admit that you like? Do you tell everyone you hate Justin Bieber but, have him on your ipod under a folder with a different name? Are you a guy and secretly love chick flicks? When your roommate's out, do you pull out hidden VHS-es of Spanish soap operas?

I like Fireflies by Owl City and sometimes I watch Oprah. :anxious:

I love this thread. ;)

Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper is a totally fun movie. :anxious: (I, however, am not a fan of Barbie in general...)

Anne of Green Gables (all three movies) and Pride and Prejudice (1995 BBC version) are some of my favorite movies of all-time, and I don't care if they're girl movies. \:D/

okay....I admit it, I think the Barbie Girl song has a catchy beat. And I like the Twilight movies...but I know I really shouldn't.
I also like some old war movies, like The Longest Day.

I don't like admitting that I like the TV show: Gilmore Girls. I also don't like saying that I like Percy Jackson and the olympians after watching the movie.

Hold it, hold it, since when are Anne of Green Gables, & Pride & Prejudice "girl" movies?!?! They're love stories, for crying out loud! Doesn't love usually mean a boy & a girl?!?! :insane:

Most boys don't like love stories. They prefer action and war. Thus, love stories are counted as girl movies as well ;)
