Exactly, someone finally understands!

She never left. What happened is she doesn't have as much time to donate to the ToO and fulfil her full responsibilities as an admin so they decided to have LI come in and do that for her.

Yeah, I know. That was before. But now I thought TKD got the go ahead to come back full time. Her name’s red again.

Even if she did, there are going to be times that someone is busy and can't get to a paticular thing. For example say snubs is away n a spring break, LI would be the one to be backup. Not that it will happen that way. It is just an example.
