Re: Life, life

I helped my mom at work today! \:D/ She works at our church, so it's fun to be there. :) I also finished addressing a bunch of envelopes for some support letters I'm sending for a mission trip to Costa Rica this summer. :) I'm going to finish "Crazy Love" by Francis Chan tonight. He spoke ...

Mission Impossible marathon! \:D/
Plus a bunch of games, good food (I make homemade macaroni and cheese), and sparkling cider with the family!
And some poppers if I convince my parents to buy them. :)

I love this idea. :) I like organization; this makes quick forum-viewing very easy.
Also, thank you so much for all the work you put into this project, that's a lot of links! Bravo.

Yep, I sure did! Over 1,000 rows! It took a while, but the different colors made it a bit more enjoyable. :)

Tonight I completed a project that is going to be a Christmas present for my brother's friend. The Dr. Who scarf!! For those of you who have never seen the show....watch it, it's pretty unique!

This was taken near the "spirit rock" on my campus (a place where students are allowed to show their spirit by spray painting, or otherwise decorating the rock I am leaning against that you can't see). It is a very colorful place. :) http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa232/reeses_person/g...

Re: Dream Job

My dream job would be to teach at a school. Possibly in another country (I've taught in Costa Rica, and that was awesome). I love instructing others, and I'm perfectly willing to be patient and answer questions.

<r>I'm thankful for a God who loves me so much. Seriously, I could spend forever contemplating His love and still not comprehend it. He's given me so much peace about the things in my life, and I will always be thankful for that blessing.<br/> <br/> My family has grown together so much over the past...

One of my RAs is Canadian. Whenever she reads the announcements for our hall and has her accent, I am reminded of the awesome Canadians I know on here. :)

Also, without highlighting anything (on my computer, anyway, I suppose it doesn't work on all of them), if I have six tabs open (which I do now), I can press Cntrl + whichever number tab I want to go to (e.g. I click cntrl + 3 to go to the third tab over from the left). It's pretty cool!

Also, Jesus was interacting with the sinners, the prostitutes, the tax collectors. He wasn't studying up on their favorite music or their favorite style of clothes or whatever was big back then. :P He was interacting with the PEOPLE. Maybe I just haven't had enough interaction with non-Christians, ...

Re: So. Homeschool.

However, one song repeatedly uses the f-word. It's just sad. No, what's sad is that one would react to that word as if it's a blasphemy, and consider that a tarnish on an awesome musical group. Derp. lol. The Bible says to (paraphrasing) "do not let corrupt communication come out of thy mouth&...

Re: So. Homeschool.

My background: My dad served in the military, and our only practical option was to be homeschooled. I came to America when I was about 9 years old, so I could have switched to public school then, but we had decided that the best way to learn what my parents believed to be true was to continue the ho...

Re: Who's still alive?

I'm at Liberty University, and quite a few ToOers have attended this school, and we've had a few conventions here in the past (there are some Spring CFAWs, if you want to have another one, by the way), so I remember the ToO frequently. Plus I have to explain what this place is every time I tell peop...

Niagara Falls. I've never been there, and I've really wanted to for a while.
Also, I kind of want to go to India.
