Re: The Hunger Games
You go Orangie! The Hunger Games are awesome!!!! The Dark Knight was kind of boring to me. I was pretty disappointed with the villians and Batman himself did not seem at all like Batman. Batman does NOT RETIRE!!!!!!! :) The villians storylines were planned out well and then lazily ended. Kind of lik...

Re: War Horse
I loved this movie! It was cute and refreshingly innocent. I hate most horse movies due to the fact that they are sooooo unrealistic! Anyone who really knows anything about horses realizes that 10 year-old girls who move from the city to the country cannot magically tame wild horses. In real life mo...

Re: Anti-Twilight Thread!
I watched the first movie and was completely bored out of my mind. Bella being saved from everything got really old.......... I'm not really seeing the reason for the mass obsession with Twilight.

Yeah it's definitely too soon for a remake. When I saw the trailer for this I was like, "this looks familiar".......

So, I'm reading these books right now and for the most part I'm really liking them. Has anyone else read the books and if so, what are your thoughts?

Re: On Stranger Tides
Dead Man's Chest was incredibly disappointing. I'm very glad to be rid of the whole Will & Elizabeth drama. It was getting old. Jack Sparrow is the best!

Re: Soul Surfer
<r>I saw this movie a couple days ago and I thought it was pretty good. The message though not overtly Christian (as in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ) was much, much, much better than the typical Hollywood fare. The family's view on modesty was quite disappointing. <E>:(</E> My little brother...

I use SOS for History and Literature. I used to do their Science as well. Their Math and English are horrible, math because it's too hard and English because it's too easy.

The Disney movie Tangled is out on DVD finally! I just bought it yesterday. I think this is the best animated film Disney has released in a long time. What do you think?

Re: I hate it when people try to find racism in everything...
Those people need to totally chill out. If you're going to listen to someone's private conversation (which is really rude anyway) you ought to know that you have no right to but your nose in and start lecturing them about what they are saying.
