I don't even remember. Probably Arwen wearing some kind of cloak, or maybe the Evenstar one I've been using recently. I also seem to recall using some odd sky-blue one of a bird on the TH, and a Linux penguin on AIOD. And much confusion ensued.

Tehanu by Ursula LeGuin, Phantastes by George MacDonald. George MacDonald is pretty much full of win.

The author of that article appears to be misguided on so many levels.. the article itself is hardly worthy of a proper response. I wonder if he even believes what he writes. Seems more like hatemongering to me.

Also, Laura Ingalls: agreed.

Do not, however, be alarmed... nothing will happen to you provided you cooporate.

..I seem to have a bribe offer from <name undisclosed> around the first ToO election. Something about donating money to my campaign if I gave <gender undisclosed> a high-paying job upon assuming office. For shame.

I fondly (or not-so-fondly) remember EK the n00b, and the first ever election on the TH, which involved much mudslinging and resulted in Jared's victory! :o

Eh, I see some kind of debate coming on already. There apparently is a subforum for that, though. </preemptive strike> ...;D heh, well, that wasn't my intent, I was just feeling tongue-in-cheek last night ;) I figured. I didn't specifically mean to refer to just your posts, though. ;) .../me arrows...

Watched the movie, own both movie and original production soundtracks. I still have yet to watch the stage version, however.

It's quite good. :)

I don't really care... any old clunker will do, as long as it has qualities Christina listed above. ;) Also has to be manual transmission, for stickshift cars are l33t.

Of course, something black and sleek would be nice too, but... =P

The date of birth is indeed correct.

The accuracy of the age listed there, however, is up for speculation--unless you already know it, of course. ^^
