Il est cinq vingt.

Are you taking French in high school?

Indeed I am. Sort of. Actually, I'm taking a crash course on HS French I over the next 4-5 months. :- I plan on taking HS French II with TPS in 05/06.

Il est cinq quarante sept.

Forty-seven. Technically, one could say "Il est cinq heures et quarante sept minutes," which literally means "It is five hours and forty-seven minutes." Though I'm not quite sure if I've translated minutes correctly. :-k

My dad's bilingual . . . according to him, one would simply say something like "Il est six douze."

Well, then you should be saying something like, "Es tres horas y veintiuno minutos," no? :-s

Make it more interesting! ;)

Il est six vingt-deux.

That's because it was wrong. And "Je avoir peur" is still inaccurate. ](*,)

The correct phrase is "J'ai peur."

Il est onze cinquante trois. J'ai peur. :anxious:

I don't know too many foods in French . . . un oeuf, un pain, une viande, un jambon. As for the fruits I know: une pomme, une poire, une fraise, une orange, et une banane.

:offtopic:

Il est douze quarante sept.
