How are/were you educated?

A poll about school

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

I did a little bit of everything. I was homeschooled most of elementary with a little online thrown in for good measure. Then I did a year of private school followed by a public school/homeschool mix for the first two years of high school. Following that I was full time community for junior and senior year.

Now I attend a private university.

I went to a private school for elementary until the 3rd grade. Then from 4th grade to 10th grade I was homeschooled. After that I went to public school for my last two years of highschool. For college I went to and am still attending a public university.

I was homeschooled. I also took online classes. And I did this one day a week school for a couple semesters.

I attended public school from K-12, went to a Christian college for three years, and attended two secular universities for a combination of three years after that. They were all good experiences in different ways. I had a lot of great teachers, including a few I still meet at church or running errands. :D

I was homeschooled all the way through.

I went to public school until ninth grade, when I did half a year of a Catholic all-girls school and then moved to online school. :P Now I'm back in public school.

Awesome! I love seeing all your responses \:D/ It's so interesting how everyone learns differently, and also how a ton of odyssey fans are homeschoolers.

Homeschooled k-12 and did Christian college for 2 years and graduated. For my national pharmacy tech certification, I self-studied.

No preschool, public school, and state college. If I were to have kids I already have a few private schools on my radar, if not homeschooling.

Which clearly isn't much.

I went to private school through 10th grade and made the jump to public school the summer before junior year. Going to private school so long set me way back in my credits, so I did lots of summer school. However, I wouldn't go back and change a thing. Even 10 years later I have many memories.
