This Halloween... a Special Treat!

Post by Shadowpaw »

Everyone,

Well, Halloween is just around the corner and Catspaw, Bmuntz, and myself thought we'd do something nice for the citizens of the board. From 12:00am - 11:59pm October 31, every post citizens make will be worth a whopping $10. Regardless of the length... it's for one day only, so make sure you can pop onto the Town of Odyssey that day to make as much money as you possibly can!

Keep in mind that all other regular rules will still apply and spamming will not be tolerated. Members who are found to have been spamming will lose all money that they have earned that day. And, due to the structure of Hillingdale Haven and faction boards, money will still not be earned in those particular forums.

I was thinking that at least this way, it gives people a reason to say indoors on Halloween instead of participating ;).

This will be a lot of fun! I'm pretty sure that I don't have many plans (other than a few classes, but who goes to those anyway) ;) and it will be a fun way for the ToO to come together as a community...to get money...for noble purposes, of course. ;)

I would also like to say that if hugs are being handed out for this idea, if is Shadowpaw who deserves all of them - he was the one who thought of this, he was just nice enough to list Bmuntz and I because we didn't ban him as a result. ;)

I have to work that day :( But it's only a three hour shift, so it's not that bad.

Actually I didn't think of it... Gimp suggested it a month and a half ago or so and we just finally got around to implementing it ;). I'm not one to pass on a good idea!

Besides, you both approved it... had you not approved it, it wouldn't be happening ;).

Hopefully we can set some traffic records on that day! :)

Oops, I forgot that Gimp thought of it originally because it was so long ago! :anxious: But you thought of doing it for Halloween! :D

*note to self: I think that Shadowpaw is just trying to avoid all the grateful hugs*
