AIO Live Show in Colorado Springs

Aug 16, 2008

Whit's wiping down the counter, Connie's mopping the floor, and the kids are sipping on their milkshakes. If you want to talk about Adventures in Odyssey the radio drama, this is the spot to do just that!

Will you go to the live show recording?

I recognized almost all of them, but it took me forever to figure out Will Ryan 'cause the only pictures of him are the ones in the old guide, which are really old (I've looked all over for pictures of him.)

It looks like a blast, I really wish I could have made it. Maybe they'll make it a more regular tradition.

I'd like to hear more from people who were there.

is anybody going to post what they thought of it? Or was everybody so totally blown away by the awesomeness of seeing a live show that you can't even type?

I think everyone's still in shock. ;)

But no, seriously, it was an incredible once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I'll definitely have more to say on the show as my senses slowly return to me. I'm sure the reviews will start trickling in soon enough! O:)

The show was incredible, but I'm more blown away by the awesomeness of meeting, and spending time with everyone (actors, and people from here).

Yeah... I'm still in total shock.

I figured out that I lost a lot of sleep this weekend... But it was all worth it. Im more in shock of meeting everyone and that Saturday night the actors/actresses came back down with popcorn and sat and talked to us in the lobby of the Homewood. But I drove home with my brother and slept probably 6 or 7 hours of the trip and slept 11 hours last night... but I will tell more when I have been able to sit and recooperate.

Thanks for the link, shasta - that's a very cool idea! \:D/ My dial-up internet connection makes it hard to upload very many pictures, but it's cool to see other people's shots!

I loved the live show - it was very fun and just seeing the expressions on the actor's faces was wonderful! On our drive home my parents and I listened to a few episodes with Wooton and we all agreed that it was even better after seeing how much fun Jess Harnell seemed to have doing the voice and the snort. I think that all of us who were there could go on and on about what an incredible time we had! It's still kind of sinking in, and I still need to catch up on a lot of sleep, but it was so much better than I ever could have expected it to be! \:D/

All the various AIO Live Show photo galleries have been gathered into one place! (Look under "posted items") I hope folks keep adding their photos, giving the complete picture of the event.
