No, but my life is, and it just happens to be one of the items I own, hidden amongst my many diplomas :x.

Before an upgrade, PhpBB2 mods would be a great thing to play around with.
I was going to do that with Term X, but forgot :<.

phpBB2 mods are really no longer supported so I would be fearful of installing anything for phpBB2 now.

Support ourselves! :x

If we were planning to upgrade, say, two weeks from now, or whenever, before that would be an opportune time to test things out, for when like mods come are developed for PhpBB3, we have some sort of basis on whether we'd want them or not.
Definitely not while the board is not planning an upgrade soon though.

Then I would propose a test ToO phpBB3. Where we would beta the phpBB3 system and see if we want to keep it and try out mods and such.

That is a good idea.
I've got a spare computer we could probably set it up on.

The ToO is mildly slow already, would adding more files be a good choice?
The last thing we need is file associations screwing up server side, the likelihood is low, but I'm paranoid I guess.

Well we are in a recession so any money, even fake money, helps. ;)

I don't do too much coding, but I think it would be really nice if when uploading an avatar, it would resize itself, and maybe a notification that it will be resized upon upload?

I've been on a number of boards that do that so its not so far out. ;)

I'll look into it, at least.

Only problem with attempting to look for it now is that phpbb.com is down. :( No ETA as far as getting the site back up yet. And everything v2 MOD related was due to be archived on the 1st. But I know I've seen them as well.

I saw a few on phpbbhacks.com. They weren't documented very well, and it's hard to determine on whether it automatically resizes the avatar, regardless of your custom width and height, *say, less than maximum?*, or whether it allows custom sizes :-k.

I don't really trust phpbbhacks anyway, especially for phpBB2 MODs that are probably 5 years old and written for like 15 versions ago. :anxious:
