If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!
Well, I'm visiting long time friends that I grew up with. We were next-door neighbors for the first 14 years of our lives. Gas at most of the stations around here is at 3.99, but two area super low. One at 3.61 and two blocks away one at 3.55. Much to my shock there wasn't and endless line to get to the pumps. Now if I could only figure out how to haul about 1,000 gal. of this cheap gas back home with me Of course to do that, I'd have to be able to afford 1,000 gal.

They're about 3.75 here in Michigan. A month or so ago it was at 4.20+, that was bad. Did anyone else notice, when Bush announced U.S.-drilling, gas prices dropped? Hopefully they keep going down, times get really hard because they affect everything. Everything. But, it's in God's hand, He's knows best.
I DID just see a $3.40 yesterday, but it was at a Shell, and I don't want to support a South American dictator who would like to kill us all, so I'll go with the 7-Eleven $3.41. Gas prices have held steady for about a week, now.
