If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Okay, I don't know if this is the right place to post this, so please don't get mad.
I want to know how many of us live in Canada. So I started this poll.
All of you that are honest to goodness Canadians, please raise your hand.
Those of you who aren't, vote no.
I am very much Canadian! I was born in Calgary, and now live in Fort Smith, NWT.
This should be fun, eh?

I'm a Canadian citizen. My mom's fully Canadian and my dad's Argentinean. I was born in Argentina but moved to Canada when I was 2 years old. I have dual citizenship.
So I'd say I'm Canadian.

No, but I am the Honourary Canadian!
Actually, I did have ancestors that settled in Canada before some moved south to the Great Lakes area. We still have a few branches of the family tree up there.

Not a Canadian.
Had one unfortunate trip there crossing the bridge in Detroit over to Windsor. I hope my next visit is better than the first! I want to see British Columbia (and a couple more beautiful places there!)

I moved this thread out of Hillingdale because it's a perfectly fine topic for Finneman's.
In answer to your question, no, I'm not Canadian but I have some awesome friends up there!

Not Canadian, but I've got family in Montreal. We're French Canadian.
Actually, I look more Native American/Latina. My mother's a half breed too.

Wow, Fort Smith! I bet I'm the only American who's heard of that. Have you always lived there?

I'm not Canadian, and so far the only time I've spent in Canada was a few days on that side of Niagara Falls. I would love to visit Prince Edward Island, however, and there's another musical in Canada that I'm hoping to see before it... leaves.
I
am going to see some of western Canada next month, though, which I'm muy excited about.

Almost all my life. I was born in Calgary then we moved up here less than a year later.
Another question for everyone. Have you ever heard of or been to Fort Smith, Northwest Territories?
