Or, in other words he wastes his money on buying too much ice cream with his work funds, so yes, in a sense I do take a portion of his salery, only not willingly.

Wow, ice cream sounds good, but what I really want is Raspberry Ripple. Or, more honestly, I would like the recipe for Rapsberry Ripple ice cream. As an excellent emplyee at Whit's End, Fenix, I'm sure that you could (for the price of an excellent tip) get the recipe for me. It's not like it's a military secret or anything.
