Unicycle!!

So, I'm learning how to...

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Unicycle!!

Post by GlennAdams »

I've always wanted to learn how to unicycle and I went to a friend's house and he let me borrow his. It's hard but very fun. I think it's so cool.

So, who else has had aspirations to do this, or am I the only one... :anxious:

My dad used to know who to do it, he learned as a teenager. But I've never thought it was very cool, too hard to learn. But have at it! :brave:

I juggle, and when I go to conventions or whatever, there's always unicycles lying around, practically shouting, "Go ahead! Try to ride me! You won't make a fool of yourself and land on your backside...again." Sometimes I have a weak moment and make another attempt, but I can never seem to get the hang of it. Probably comes from not having a daredevil bone in my body.

My lovely husband juggles, and he was given a unicycle by another juggler about 8 years ago. It has been in the very back of our hall closet ever since. I would personally never attempt it, as I have enough problems just walking without getting hurt. :(

Um... but it would cost real money to ship it to you. I'm going to guess that mailing a unicycle is not cheap. ;)

Ah. :anxious: I missed a word. Well, I would, but there's waaaaayyyy too much in front of it at the moment. It is in the farthest back corner of an under-the-stairs type closet.

That's too bad. I haven't been able to use this new ToO can now hold 3D objects thing yet. Oh wait, I think Catspaw said I wasn't supposed to say anything about that yet. oops
