It All Started When... arrived today2/15

It All Started When... album #13 in the Gold series arrived today. One interesting bonus that wasn't indicated on the back of the CD package artwork, is the inclusion of 9 of the Adventures in Odyssey shorts. They are as follows:

Super Slueth: Your Skin (Originally airing with Scales of Justice)
Mr. How-To: The House Built on Sand (Originally airing with Something Cliqued Between Us)
Ancient World of Sports: Gideon's Pitch (Originally airing with Sunset Bowlawater)
Apostle Paul: Paul, Apostle Paul (Originally airing with Changing Rodney)
Apostle Paul: Armed and Ready (Originally airing with Two Roads)
And You Think You've Got Problems: Solomon (Originally airing with Blackgaards' Revenge, Part 2)
And You Think You've Got Problems: Josiah (Originally airing with The Treasure Room)
And You Think You've Got Problems: Daniel (Originally airing with The Lyin' Tale)
Fairy Tale Action News: Humpty Dumpty (Originally airing with Career Moves)

This bonus material is in Windows Media format as a CD-Rom feature on disc 2 of the set.

The other nice bonus with this set is on disc 4, the Dobson Comes to Town episode, which is also available in Windows Media format as a CD-Rom feature. Of course, that bonus, is clearly indicated on the packaging.

Apparently, the Dobson Episode was aired as an Odyssey Episode and as a Focus on the Family radio program episode. Both versions are included in the CD-rom content.

Ooo, very exciting! $\:D/$ I've heard two of those, but I started listening to AIO on the radio after the split eps (I always waited to buy the tapes before the Novacom saga) where most of the shorties aired, and then they weren't put on the albums. I've heard some good things about those, so I look forward to getting this set and listening!

I like the name plate. That is the first time I have ever seen that! They could have toned down his nose a little though.

This reminds me, the only reason I am keeping my cassette albums (up until when the cd sets started) is because of the wrap around segments on some of the episodes. I'd love to have these as a bonus feature on a Gold series album. What do the rest of you think?

Definitely! I know that there are some Chris intros that aired on the radio that aren't on the tapes, even on some of the older ones - I would enjoy having those all released! $\:D/$
