Castles and Couldrons

Whit's wiping down the counter, Connie's mopping the floor, and the kids are sipping on their milkshakes. If you want to talk about Adventures in Odyssey the radio drama, this is the spot to do just that!

Are you sure they were D&D players? The D&D handbooks neither condone or advise "dress-up". I have to assume they weren't particularly clear on the rules;) I have personally never seen this happen and all gamers that I know find that sort of thing to be pretty silly and often complain about the gamer culture being perceived in that way.
It was D&D and it was just the one group that I had any real exposure to back then that did so.

I found it a bit creepy that George hung around while Jimmy was bathing... :anxious:

Ha ha, you are absolutely right! I never even thought of that. Very creepy indeed.

On the other hand, at least it's radio.

I've never really associated Len with Richard. Now, every time I hear this episode, I'm going to think, "Great; first Lucy, now Jimmy".

Oh, and is it that there was nary a castle nor a cauldron to be found?

Come to think of it, George didn't mind hanging around Donna while she was wearing a "slip" either. :-k

Wow, I now know how to quickly kill a topic. I'll keep it in mind.
